We're seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and lead our dive category to new heights across Australia and beyond.
What you'll be doing to support our business:
Drive sales growth, profitability and market share across the Dive Category.
Develop and execute category and business growth strategies.
Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, OEMs, service partners and key accounts.
Identify current business opportunities and expand market presence.
Provide technical sales leadership, training and product expertise.
Support product launches, promotional campaigns and industry events.
Lead dealer development, technical training and service network performance.
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Manage forecasting, reporting,



CRM accuracy and operational performance
What You'll Bring:
5+ years' experience in sales, business development or commercial leadership.
Proven track record delivering sales growth and managing key customer relationships.
Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving and presentation skills.
Experience delivering product training and dealer support.
Proficiency with CRM, ERP and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel across Australia and internationally.
Marine and/or diving industry experience.
Scuba certification and recreational boating licence.
Experience managing dealer or service networks.
Leadership experience within sales or technical service environments.
