They are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team.About the Role:Process end to end payroll efficiently and in a timely manner using large payroll systemsOpportunity to make process improvementsUnderstand and perform super and tax calculationsHave the ability to interpret complex EBA's and AwardsLiaison with external stakeholders and third-party providersAnswer payroll queries when necessaryProcess leave calculations including maternity, annual and sick leaveSkills and ExperienceExperience processing end to end payrollExperience working with a large ERP systemExperience with a Time & Attendance system is also highly regardedExceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersExperience with interpreting awards, EBA's etc.Experience with payroll calculations, including backpays, terminations, redundancies.
