Industrial Conveying Australia is seeking experienced Fitters, Fabricators, Boilermakers, Machinists and other like trades to join our expanding team.
We deliver a diverse range of projects across materials handling, specialised machinery, automation, fabrication, machining, installation and maintenance.
Depending on your skills, experience and personal preferences, your role can be structured around:
Predominantly factory-based workPredominantly site-based installation and maintenance workA tailored combination of factory and site work

This may range from occasional site work through to a more even split between factory and site projects.

The Role
Reading and interpreting technical drawingsFabricating, welding, fitting and assembling steel componentsManufacturing conveyor systems, machinery and specialised equipmentOperating CNC or manual machining equipmentManufacturing precision components for machinery, automation and customer projectsInstalling and commissioning equipment on customer sitesCompleting maintenance, repairs and equipment modificationsFitting hydraulic and pneumatic componentsWorking with supervisors, project managers and engineersMaintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and quality
What You Bring
Certificate III in a relevant engineering or mechanical tradeExperience as a fitter, fabricator, boilermaker, machinist or similar tradeAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsStrong problem-solving skillsA positive, practical and reliable approachCommitment to quality and workplace safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh Risk Work Licences, construction industry experience, CNC machining experience and site installation experience are highly regarded, but are not essential for every position.
