Austal is seeking a Leading Hand Painter to supervise painting and surface preparation activities in our Brisbane shipyard.
You will ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while coordinating resources and guiding a small team.You'll oversee daily operations, promote a culture of safety and continual improvement, and liaise with trades to keep production milestones on track.
Previous heavy industry supervisory experience is essential.
