About The Role
Support non-mortgage valuation enquiries from first contact to job completion.
You will prepare quotes, coordinate workflows, manage CRM updates and work closely with valuers, directors and support teams to deliver a smooth client experience across WA and SA.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotes for non-mortgage valuation enquiries
Manage phone, email, **** line and inbox enquiries
Set up jobs and attach client documentation
Update CRM records, client lists and valuation systems
Monitor turnaround times and flag delays early
Skills & Experience
Experience in admin or coordination roles
Robust customer service and stakeholder communication
Confident using CRM and Microsoft Office
Able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and discretion
