As part of the Solvar Group, we're a leading provider of consumer lending and vehicle finance products, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining responsible lending practices.We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Credit Analyst to join our growing Credit team in Bundoora.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess consumer loan applications in line with responsible lending obligations and company policiesAnalyse customer financial information, affordability and creditworthinessGather and review supporting documentation to ensure accurate loan assessmentsPrepare loan proposals, contracts and settlement documentationLiaise with customers, brokers and internal stakeholders throughout the application processManage approval conditions and ensure compliance requirements are metProvide exceptional customer service and resolve customer enquiries efficientlyMaintain accurate records and database managementContribute to achieving team service and performance objectivesAbout YouWe're looking for someone who brings:Previous experience in lending,



credit assessment, banking, finance or customer serviceStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHigh attention to detail with strong organisational skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentA customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering positive outcomesUnderstanding of responsible lending principles (preferred)Certificate IV in Credit Management, Financial Services or willingness to obtain (advantageous)Why Join Money3?
