We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in this permanent, full time role.
This position will see you provide superior customer support to our clients during the maintenance/warranty period.
You will also:Respond to client maintenance and warranty queries promptly via phone and email.Assist clients with maintenance defects and structural warranty matters.Schedule inspections and appointments for clients, trades, and the Maintenance team.Prepare and manage maintenance documentation, reports, work orders, and correspondence.Maintain client records and filing in Outlook and internal systems.Support the Maintenance Manager with day-to-day matters, workflow updates, and meetings.Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery.The Person3 years' experience in a construction customer service role (highly regarded)Experience using a CRM (Salesforce highly desirable)Intermediate experience and knowledge of the construction processExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone mannerAbility to problem solve and think creativelyThe CompanyWe're busy creating thousands of homes for Queenslanders, with over 99 master planned communities delivered over 37 years.
