Job Description
We are seeking a Graduate Engineer, Advisory to join our team and support the delivery of materials, asset management and advisory projects.
In this role, you will work alongside experienced professionals to help deliver solutions that improve how clients manage their assets, business processes, and organisational change.
Responsibilities
Assist with the development of business processes and change management initiatives related to strategic asset management
Participate in site inspections and condition assessments of a range of assets
Develop material testing specifications for both new and existing assets
Support the durability design for projects to achieve design life
Practice performance and reliability-based durability design of materials
Drive the application of sustainable materials, such as lower carbon concrete
Develop repair, remediation and rehabilitation solutions for assets
Contribute to the preparation of key asset management documents such as Asset Maintenance Plans, Lifecycle Plans and Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMP)
Support the delivery of strategic and technical advice to clients
Assist in the development of maintenance, operational and capital works programs




Contribute to whole-of-life asset management solutions for clients
Qualifications
Graduate Attributes: We're seeking graduates with solid communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
Bachelor's Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Engineering.
Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February ****.
We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July ****.
Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying.
