About the Role
An opportunity is available for a Consultant/Specialist Intensivist to join a well-established and supportive multidisciplinary team, with scope to contribute to service development, clinical leadership and the ongoing growth of critical care services, while delivering high-quality care to the local community.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care to the local community.




Contribute to service development and clinical leadership.
Participate in the ongoing growth of critical care services.
Qualifications
Hold FCICM or equivalent.
Required Skills
First class verbal and written communication skills.
Personable and collaborative working style.
Experience within MDT settings.
Experience in clinical governance initiatives and quality improvement activities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in supervising trainees.
Participation in quality improvement and research.
Pay range and compensation package
Competitive Salary Package of up to $534k.
(Up to $514k from September ****, then $534k from September ****).
This is inclusive of 12% employer superannuation contributions and a generous professional development allowance.
Salary Packaging: Access to salary packaging arrangements up to $19,000 p.a. Generous Leave Entitlements: 4 weeks annual leave, 3 weeks career development leave, 10 days sick leave, plus other forms of leave for compassionate or cultural reasons.
Professional Development allowance of $33k per annum - paid with your salary.
