and the opportunity to participate in community-based activities in Australia and Cambodia to name a few.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Payroll Officer to join our team in a part-time, 12-month contract with the opportunity for hybrid working conditions.The RoleReporting to the Financial Controller, this role is responsible for developing protocols and investigating critical issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing payroll, and any other payroll related functions as required.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Full end-to-end function of Payroll for the CollegeProcessing the fortnightly payroll run and associated PAYG, STP, Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice submissionsPerform reconciliations and calculations as requiredOwnership of the Payroll system configurationEnsure compliance with legislation, awards and any other binding contractual obligationsProduction of monthly financial and management reports as requiredAbout YouTo be successful in this role you will bring the following skills and experience:3+ years' experience in managing end-to-end payrollStrong communication and interpersonal skills to enable skilled interactionWorking with Children Check (Blue Card)
