The role of Supply Chain & 3PL Manager is the commercial architect of our global fulfilment network.
This role bridges the gap between our physical operations and our financial targets, driving the performance of our external 3PL partners, optimising global freight networks, and leading our internal distribution centre.What You Will DoVendor & 3PL Management: Own the strategic relationships with international 3PL partners, transforming them into true extensions of our brand.
You will enforce SOPs, drive daily dispatch accountability, audit complex invoices to protect margins, and lead rigorous communication frameworks (including QBRs)Returns & Reverse Logistics: Take ultimate ownership of the physical returns process at the 3PL level, continuously auditing performance on grading, repacking, and restocking to ensure a frictionless consumer experience.Freight & Logistics Strategy: Lead annual RFP processes and negotiations with major freight forwarders and couriers.
You will own logistics performance reporting, route inbound freight efficiently,



and optimise logistics around our growing international and domestic marketplace strategy.Owned Warehouse Leadership: Direct our Warehouse Lead to ensure safe, effective, and peak-capacity operations while standardising B2B and D2C fulfilment processes across all nodes.Global Compliance & Sustainability: Act as the internal owner for monitoring global shipping, product safety (e.g., CPSC), and environmental regulations (e.g., California's plastic tax, EPR laws).
Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate daily with Production and Demand Planning on inbound timelines and inventory balancing.
You will provide the Financial Controller with accurate landed‐cost modelling and attend weekly Trade meetings to align supply chain operations with sales rhythms.ERP Strategy: Act as the operational Subject Matter Expert to scope and support the implementation of our future ERP system, ensuring seamless data integration between storefronts, financial reporting, and 3PL WMS platforms.Skills & Experience We Are Looking ForSupply Chain Expertise: Strong background in international logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, 3PL, or global supply chain operations.Network Management: Proven experience managing a multi‐node or hybrid distribution network, balancing both owned facilities and outsourced 3PLs simultaneously.Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated success in negotiating complex freight rate cards and 3PL contracts, with a deep understanding of the P&L; impact of every supply chain decision.Analytical Rigour: Highly proficient in ERP/WMS systems with a sharp eye for auditing invoices, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and analysing metrics like freight cost per unit and container utilisation.Leadership & Mentorship: Experience leading, mentoring, and developing tactical operations teams (Logistics Coordinators, Warehouse Managers) while fostering a high‐performance, collaborative culture.
