About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Stock Controller/Automotive Administrator to join our team.
The opportunity to work in a fast paced environment will give the candidate the prospect to show their organisational skills and communication skills.
This role calls for someone who is confident and process driven - a role that the candidate can truly make their own.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining Vehicle Stock across multiple Vehicle Brands
Manufacturer Incentives/Bonuses
Communicating and assisting the Sales Team with sales processes and administration duties to ensure correct policies and procedures are being followed.
New/Used vehicle registrations, transfers and disposals.




Maintaining Vehicle Delivery Process and ensuring accuracy and timeliness is followed.
Ensuring errors, inaccuracies and discrepancies are resolved and addressed in a timely manner.
Qualifications And Experience
Era/Pentana Experience is preferred but not essential
History in Stock Control or similar role is highly desirable.
A positive attitude
Great Team Player
Ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong Time Management Skills
Ability to preform under pressure.
Work close to home in the West at an award winning dealership.
