packing and despatch.Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and despatched on time.Supervise, coach and motivate the warehouse team members to achieve operational excellence.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as picking accuracy, productivity and dispatch performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock takes and cycle counts.Ensure all warehouse activities are completed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.Promote a positive team culture focused on safety, quality and customer service.Use warehouse management systems effectively, with experience in Pronto highly regarded.Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.A solid understanding of warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing and distribution.Proven inventory control experience with solid attention to detail.A proactive, organised and hands‐on leadership style.Excellent communication,
