We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our residential aged care team and provide exceptional clinical leadership and person-centred care to our residents.Location: Noble Park – Noble Manor and Noble GardensJob Type: CasualHours: AM, PM and ND shiftsAbout the RoleAs aRegistered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day clinical management of our residential home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while providing leadership, guidance and support to care teams.Key responsibilities include:Delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing careProviding clinical leadership, mentoring and support to nursing and care staffCoordinating assessments, care planning and documentationBuilding positive relationships with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionalsMonitoring and supporting clinical outcomes and continuous quality improvement initiativesManaging incidents, complaints and after-hours operational issues when requiredEnsuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC requirements and organisational policiesPromoting a positive, inclusive and collaborative team cultureAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseDemonstrated experience working within residential aged careStrong clinical assessment and care planning skillsSound understanding of AN-ACC, infection prevention and control, and aged care legislationExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to lead,
