You will manage benefits programs, enhance the Brighter Advantages offering, and coordinate recognition initiatives while supporting the team member discount card program and related admin tasks.Strong HR and benefits admin experience, stakeholder management, and HRIS familiarity (SuccessFactors preferred) are essential.
