We're looking for reliable, motivated people to join our production team.The RoleAs an Assembly Process Worker / General Factory Hand, you'll work at defined assembly stations on our production line, building chassis components and sub-assemblies to drawing.
Day-to-day you will:Assemble chassis components and sub-assemblies using hand tools, air tools, and power toolsFit suspension, couplings, and hardware to specification at your stationWork to drawings and production schedules to meet daily targets at each stage of the linePerform in-process quality checks, catching defects before your work moves down the lineMaintain your station — keep tools, materials,



and your workspace safe, stocked, and organisedWhat We're Looking For6–12 months' assembly experience in a manufacturing, factory, or mechanical environmentConfident with tools — impact wrenches, angle grinders, drill/drivers, air tools, and measuring equipmentPhysically fit — comfortable with manual handling and staying on your feet across the shiftReliable and safety-focused — you show up, work safely, and take pride in doing the job rightA team player — positive attitude in a busy, fast-paced environmentFlexibility — willing to work reasonable overtime and some Saturdays as requiredAustralian work rights (required)Why Join Intelligent Engineering?
