Adbri Masonry is seeking a Sales Representative – Regional to grow customer relationships, expand market share and identify new business opportunities across an assigned regional territory.
This is a customer-facing sales role focused on revenue growth, account development and service excellence.
You will manage an established portfolio while building a strong pipeline of current customers and projects across residential, commercial, civil and infrastructure markets.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume and margin targetsBuild trusted, long-term relationships with existing customers and act as their primary point of contactProspect, qualify and convert new customers, projects and market opportunitiesDevelop account plans and grow share of wallet through cross-selling and upsellingMaintain a strong sales pipeline, accurate forecasts and current customer records within CRM systemsPrepare quotations, proposals and commercial agreements, and negotiate within delegated authorityConduct regular customer visits and business reviews to understand operational needs and challengesMonitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify growth opportunitiesWork closely with Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, Technical, Marketing and Finance teams to deliver service excellenceResolve customer concerns promptly and ensure contracts, pricing agreements and documentation remain currentEnsure all activities comply with Adbri policies, safety requirements, regulatory standards and ethical expectations
What You Will Need to Succeed
Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in a related discipline(desired)Previous sales, account management,
business development or operational experienceStrong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse markets, manage pipelines and deliver resultsExcellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skillsA proactive, customer-focused approach with strong decision-making abilityAbility to work independently across a regional territory while collaborating effectively with internal teamsExperience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales and customer informationKnowledge of construction materials, masonry, infrastructure, commercial or civil markets will be highly regarded
