AI adoption at scale and be responsible for the project management and associated deliverablesDevelop and evolve employee‐centric experience and organisation transformation strategies, propositions and solutionsSupport the identification, development, and selling of workplace experience client propositions and pitch in response to market demand and digital trendsDeliver sales presentations to clients and respond to RFPs aligned with Workplace ExperienceAssume a substantive role in the Advisory Practice with leadership qualitiesSkills and ExperienceExperience delivering and selling large, integrated workplace solutionsSolid consulting or advisory experience with a focus on client workplace and employee experience strategiesWorkplace solution experience should cover one or more of the followingDigitally enabled collaboration and knowledge management – and supporting M365 technology and capabilityDigital platforms to promote staff engagementAI & Agentic governance, value realisation and adoptionCulture change & Workforce ImpactsOperating model and organisation designProcess automation and augmentationLocationThe role is open to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth candidates.
