Job DescriptionAs a Geologist, you'll be embedded within an autonomous crew structure, working closely with the mining contractor and playing a hands‐on role in establishing processes, supporting production geology, and contributing to early stope design and execution.
This role offers a high level of ownership, strong operational exposure, and the ability to directly influence how the mine develops.ResponsibilitiesProvide geological support to underground stoping operations, including mapping and interpretationDeliver grade control and sampling activities to support safe and efficient ore extractionCoordinate and supervise grade control diamond drilling programsWork closely with mining contractors and site stakeholders to optimise production outcomesConduct underground geological mapping, inspections and data collectionComplete stope notes, reconciliation and reportingSupport the development and implementation of geological systems,



processes and proceduresContribute to geological modelling updates and interpretation based on ongoing operationsQualificationsYou're a confident underground mine geologist who thrives in a hands‐on, operational environment and is comfortable working independently within a crew‐based structure.
