This rewarding role supports people with disability to live independently, stay connected with their community, and achieve meaningful personal goals.Ideally you will have experience in the disability sector and are looking to grow your career in a truly supportive, positive team environment with ongoing training and opportunities for development.What You'll DoSupport NDIS Participants with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation and household tasksProvide social and recreational support to build confidence, independence and community participation.Develop and follow individualised support plans aligned with Participant goalsMaintain accurate NDIS compliant documentation and reporting.Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver person-centred, high-quality care.About YouWe'd love to hear from you if you have:Qualifications in disability support, aged care, community services – or equivalent experience as a carer.Experience providing person-centred support to NDIS or aged care clients (preferred but not essential).
