Parramatta Land Rover is looking for a driven and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing Aftersales team.About the RoleAs a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service experience — managing the customer journey from vehicle drop-off through to collection.
You will deliver a seamless, transparent and premium service, keeping customers informed at every stage while ensuring absolute clarity around timelines and costs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional, professional customer service for all service and repair enquiriesCoordinate workshop bookings to optimise productivity and efficiencyProactively follow up with customers and generate additional workshop opportunitiesAccurately prepare and cost repair orders and invoices in line with Group standardsMaintain robust product and brand knowledge through ongoing trainingContribute to achieving and exceeding key performance targetsAbout YouPrevious experience in a customer-facing or Service Advisor roleOutstanding communication skills with a warm, professional approachStrong ability to build rapport both in person and over the phoneSolid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ExcelHighly organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilityAbout UsParramatta Land Rover is home to an exceptional range of luxury vehicles.
