CBRE GWS is seeking trades staff to support multiple sites, including Linacre hospital Hampton and Frances Perry House.
You will perform day-to-day repairs, preventive maintenance and respond quickly to emergencies within a structured commercial setting.Review work orders, estimate materials, and assist with installation/modification of building systems.
Maintain lighting and safety practices; a forklift/elevating platform license is preferred and a valid driver's licence is required.
