Roles and responsibilities will also include:
Concept Design Residential & Community projects.
Co-ordinate all consultants for DA
Obtain Authority Approvals.
CC and construction drawings
Administer the consultant contracts
Work independently
Manage the company CADD standards.
The applicant shall have over 3 years experience in this field.
To be successful in the role you will be required to have:
Tertiary Qualification
Strong Revit& AutoCAD experience
Demonstrated experience in preparing drawings for residential & petrol / QSR projects
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
The desire to form part of a flexible, highly focused yet very broadly skilled team
