About the Role
We're seeking motivated and reliable people to join our growing team.
Whether you're an experienced arborist or someone looking to build a long-term career in the industry, this is an excellent opportunity to work alongside qualified arborists on a diverse range of projects.
We undertake:
Tree pruning to Australian Standard AS****Tree removalsStump grindingVegetation managementCouncil contract works - cyclic pruning of street trees (no power line clearance work)Commercial projectsResidential tree services
These positions are primarily full-time, however part-time and casual arrangements may be considered for the right applicant.
Your Typical Day Will Include
Performing skilled tree pruning,



shaping and maintenance in accordance with AS****Assisting with tree removals and dismantling operationsOperating stump grinders, wood chippers, loaders, EWPs and other specialised arboricultural equipmentDriving company vehicles (MR licence highly regarded)Maintaining equipment and ensuring vehicles are kept clean and presentableWorking safely and contributing to a strong safety cultureProviding friendly, professional service to our residential, commercial and council clientsWorking as part of a supportive, high-performing team
Essential Requirements
Current driver's licencePhysically fit and capable of manual outdoor workPositive attitude with a willingness to learnExperience using chainsaws and polesawsReliable, punctual and motivatedAbility to work safely within a teamComfortable working around heavy machinery and equipment
Highly Regarded
MR Truck LicenceWhite cardEWP High Risk Work LicenceChainsaw experienceFirst Aid & CPRArboriculture industry experienceESI qualificationsStrong mechanical aptitudeSound knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
