This is essential in promoting social engagement, mental stimulation, and physical activity for the residents.Activity Planning: Develop and design a diverse range of lifestyle programs tailored to the residents' interests, abilities, and preferencesResident Assessment: Create and review Lifestyle Assessments to ensure needs-based programming is occurringProgram Implementation: Oversee the execution of planned activities and events.
Ensure that the activities are well-organized, safe, and inclusive, allowing all residents to participate to the maximum of their abilitiesVolunteer Coordination: Recruit, train,



and coordinate volunteers who can assist with activities and eventsYou will be an effective communicator, working collaboratively with clinical team members to ensure residents are encouraged to actively participate in leisure activities of interest to them.What we're looking forAustralian Driver's licenseAdaptability, creativity and passion for what you do!
