This role begins at 4:00am, so you'll need to be a morning person.

You'll finish around midday, leaving plenty of time to enjoy your afternoons.What You'll Be DoingAs the friendly face of the Melbourne Market, you'll help create a great experience for our traders, customers, visitors and stakeholders every day.
You'll:Welcome visitors and market users with a smileAnswer customer enquiries in person, by phone and emailProcess access cards and new business registrationsHelp new businesses get set up and feel at home in the MarketRun site inductions and guided toursAssist with payments,



receipts and basic reportingKeep records and Salesforce up to dateManage parking allocations and vehicle registrationsProvide general administrative support to the teamAssist with events and community activitiesBuild solid relationships with our market communityAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Enjoys meeting and helping peopleHas great communication and interpersonal skillsIs organised, adaptable and resilientHas some administration experience (1-2 years preferred)Is comfortable using technology and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a bonus)Has basic financial administration or reconciliation experience (desirable)Enjoys working in a fast-paced environmentWhat's In It For You?
