We're looking for a driven, results-focused Used Car Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing sales team at our Ferntree Gully dealership.

combining your own sales performance with coaching and mentoring the sales team to maximise every opportunity.Your responsibilities will include:Leading by example to achieve individual and team sales targetsCoaching and mentoring sales consultants to improve performance and close more dealsWorking alongside the team to overcome objections and secure salesReviewing daily sales activity and identifying opportunities for growthEnsuring all CRM leads and customer enquiries are followed up promptly and professionallyBecoming the key decision-maker in "saving the deal" before customers leave the dealershipSupporting the dealership's growth strategy and delivering exceptional customer experiencesAbout YouYou are a motivated sales leader who enjoys being on the showroom floor, working closely with your team and leading from the front.You'll bring:Proven ability to drive sales performance and motivate othersOutstanding customer service and relationship-building skillsStrong coaching, leadership and mentoring abilitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsHigh levels of professionalism and personal presentationA positive, proactive "can-do" attitudeStrong computer and CRM skillsA current driver's licencePrevious experience in automotive sales leadership (highly regarded, but not essential)Why Join Us?
