You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining retail excellence, and representing a trusted and loved brand in the community.What You'll Do:Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer serviceOversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and industry standardsMonitor stock levels and manage inventory to keep products available for customersImplement promotional campaigns to drive store traffic and salesConduct staff training to enhance product knowledge, customer service,
