The role focuses on support for all staff and students, device management, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Windows and Apple devices to support effective school operations.The successful candidate will be organised and self-driven, with a strong willingness to learn, quickly investigate and diagnose issues, and develop new skills.
The applicant will look for opportunities to improve school systems and processes.ResponsibilitiesDevice Management & DeploymentInstall, configure, and maintain school-owned Windows and Apple devices for staff and students.Install, configure, and maintain student BYOD Apple devices.Support Apple device management through Meraki/Intune MDM.Windows deployments (experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), and Intune, would be beneficial).
