Known for our practical advice, personal service and extensive range of campers, hybrids and caravans, we help customers choose the right product for the way they want to travel.Continued growth has created an opportunity for an accomplished Sales Consultant to join our Maryborough team.The opportunityYou will manage the complete customer journey—from the initial showroom, telephone or online enquiry through to quotation, sale and handover.This is a relationship-driven sales role involving considered, high-value purchases.
Success will come from listening carefully, understanding each customer's needs and building the confidence they need to make the right decision.Your responsibilities will include:Converting showroom, telephone, website and social media enquiriesConducting professional product presentations and showroom walkthroughsUnderstanding customers' travel plans, towing requirements and budgetsExplaining models, features, upgrades and optional equipmentPreparing accurate quotations and maintaining disciplined follow-upBuilding lasting customer relationships and generating referralsMaintaining accurate sales and customer recordsCoordinating closely with administration, production and handover teamsRepresenting Goldfields at selected caravan shows and promotional eventsEnsuring every customer receives an outstanding Goldfields experienceAbout youYou are confident, skilled and commercially minded,



with a natural ability to connect with people.
You understand that great sales performance comes from earning trust, providing accurate advice and following through on every commitment.Ideally, you will bring:Proven experience in sales or customer serviceExperience selling high-value or considered purchasesStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skillsExcellent organisation and consistent follow-up habitsConfidence using computers and customer-management systemsA genuine interest in camping, caravanning, touring or four-wheel drivingA current Australian driver's licenceFlexibility to work Saturdays and attend occasional industry eventsExperience in caravans, automotive, marine, machinery, four-wheel-drive accessories or another high-value retail environment would be highly regarded.
However, attitude, sales ability and customer focus are equally important.
