Our Mission is to promote the dignity, life and spirituality of older people through connected and inclusive communities.Reporting directly to the Care Manager, you will be providing a high standard of nursing clinical care with an individual, person centred approach to all residents within our residential aged care home.Rostered ShiftsWeek 1: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday | 6:45am - 3:00pm (Morning Shift)Week 2: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday | 6:45am - 3:00pm (Morning Shift)Please Note:The above shifts are the current rostered pattern; however, as this is a supernumerary position, these shifts may be subject to change based on the operational needs of the home and coverage requirements for planned and unplanned leave.
To achieve full time hours, additional shifts will be rostered as required.
The successful applicant must be flexible and available to work morning, afternoon and night shifts, with both the rostered pattern and additional shifts varying according to the needs of the service.
