We value individuality and embrace people with differing experiences, knowledge, and skills with the intention of building a thriving, professional working environment that is both nurturing and safe.Key responsibilities:Support doctors with day-to-day administrative tasksManage phone and email enquiries with a friendly and professional mannerBill patients and process Medicare claimsMaintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical recordsLiaise with different departments within the hospital, other GP clinics and hospitalsExperience (2-3 years)
in healthcare with exceptional customer service skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHighly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailBe able to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team environmentExceptional computer skills - MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Zedmed experience (desired)Why Healthscope?
