You'll provide one-on-one support to our client with cerebral palsy in their home and the community.Support may include:Assistance with meals and domestic tasksMobility and transfersCommunity access and social activitiesSupporting therapy or communication goalsYou will be able to have access to a variety of consistent shifts (Day, Afternoon & Active Nights) and ensure a work life balance is your number one priority whilst also making a huge impact to our client's life.Training sessions with our experienced allied health and nursing team will ensure you have the knowledge and support required to succeed.About youTo join our team, you will have the following skills and experience:First Aid CertificateNDIS Worker Screening CheckBlue CardCert 3 or 4 in Disability, Aged or CommunityAustralian Driver's LicenseYou are a great communicator and have extensive experience with Manual Handling and be able to work within an amazing team of experienced and passionate people.BenefitsAbove Award Pay RatesOngoing Support and Skill Development OpportunityFlexibility
