As our Service Technician, you'll play a key role in servicing, repairing and installing gym equipment, helping keep our clubs operating safely and efficiently across our national network.Reporting to the Warehouse & Service Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining gym equipment and vending machines across multiple locations, working closely with Operations and contractors to minimise downtime and deliver a consistently high standard across every club.
Based out of our brand-new Port Melbourne Warehouse, this is a hands‐on role that offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to make a real impact.What you'll be doing?
Equipment Servicing & InstallationsDeliver, install and relocate gym equipment across current clubs, refurbishments, upgrades and existing locationsEnsure all installations are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standardPreventative Maintenance & RepairsCarry out preventative maintenance and servicing of gym equipment, vending machines and associated systemsDiagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment faults quickly to minimise disruption to our clubs and membersMaintain accurate maintenance records using company systemsOperational SupportWork closely with the Warehouse & Service Manager,



Operations teams and contractors to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimise downtimeIdentify opportunities to improve service efficiency and equipment reliability across the networkTechnical SupportProvide technical support and equipment guidance to club teams, helping build confidence in basic equipment maintenance and safe operating practicesWarehouse & Facility SupportSupport warehouse operations including stock management, dispatch and general housekeepingAssist with minor facility maintenance tasks and help maintain clean, organised warehouse and club storeroom environmentsWhat you'll bringDemonstrated experience diagnosing and repairing commercial equipment, with exposure to fitness equipment highly regardedStrong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills with a proactive approachAbility to manage competing priorities and work independently across multiple sitesExcellent communication skills with a customer‐first mindsetHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipCurrent Australian C-Class Driver's LicenceWillingness to complete a Traffic Infringement Check and pre-employment medicalWho is Revo?
