The Successful candidate
Currently an opportunity exists for a Maintenance Administrator to join their team in a new role due to growth.
Responsibilities
Assisting clients through the maintenance and warranty period
Assist clients with response to maintenance and defects
Coordinate appointments with clients and schedule trades
Provide workflow reports and updates




Administration support to Maintenance Supervisors
Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience within the building or property industry preferred
Could have been a Property Manager or similar and looking for a change!
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Exposure to the building industry and interested in a career in the building industry
Ability to multi task and organise
