We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Member Services Representative who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and making a difference.If you're someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and loves delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingAs the first point of contact for our members, you'll provide exceptional service across multiple channels while supporting them with their enquiries and orders.Your responsibilities will include:Responding to member enquiries via phone, email, live chat, mail and face-to-face interactionsProcessing customer orders accurately and efficientlyResolving product, order and service enquiries with care and professionalismBuilding strong relationships through every member interactionMaintaining accurate customer records and documentationWorking collaboratively with your team to achieve service and sales goalsDelivering a positive member experience in a fast-paced contact centre environmentWhat You'll BringWe're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating memorable customer experiences.You'll have:At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales (contact centre,
