Location:Based in Broadmeadows with work across surrounding areasWork Pattern: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:06pm.Wallara's Land Management Services team is looking for a hands‐on Crew Leader to join us full‐time.
If you have experience in gardens and grounds maintenance and want to make a real difference, this is your chance.In this role, you'll work alongside and support people with disabilities, helping them build skills and confidence in horticulture while delivering high‐quality land care services.Key Highlights:Lead a dedicated crew of supported employees in tasks such as mowing, brush cutting, weeding, and litter collectionHelp supported employees achieve their goals in developing horticultural skills and experience within a commercial horticultural businessEnsure a strong customer focus to meet all contract obligationsMaintain accurate documentation and reportsEnsure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standardsOpportunity for weekend overtimePotential access to a work vehicle for commuting purposes.What you'll need to succeedExperience in grounds and gardens maintenanceMechanical aptitudeand ability to safely operate horticultural equipment and tow trailersStrong communication and relationship‐building skillsCommitment to person‐centred support and inclusive practicesEffective communication and relationship‐building skillsCommitment to the principles of Occupational Health & Safety and Environment, EEO, Cultural Diversity and all relevant legislation.Why Wallara?
