There are opportunities for collaborative teamwork including participation in daily multidisciplinary discharge planning meetings.
The role will support the learning and development of junior occupational therapy staff, Allied Health Assistants, and Occupational Therapy undergraduate students.The role includes a 1:2 weekend shift requirement.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, evidence-based allied health care through independent management of a clinical caseload and participation in multidisciplinary assessment, treatment and reviewContribute to service development and improvement by supporting clinical policy implementation, data and documentation quality, and innovative practiceDemonstrate leadership and collaboration through participation in committees, supervision of junior staff/students, and effective communication with stakeholdersMaintain professional accountability by adhering to registration, credentialing, legislative and organisational requirements, while engaging in continuous learning and reflective practiceWhat we're looking forCurrent AHPRA registration (where applicable) with relevant clinical experience in line with Award/Agreement classification requirementsDemonstrated ability to work independently in a clinical setting,
