We are a family-owned business and our offices and workshop are based in Greensborough, Melbourne.The role includes - reading drawings, operating CNC Machines, Hand Polishing, Assembly , General Factory cleaning.
This role is a key part of our Production Team working in an air-conditioned/heated workshop.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage workflow of work orders with the teamPlanning to ensure efficient word order completionComplete work in line with Lovitt TechnologiesQuality Standards to customers' satisfactionComplete work orders within the timeframeComply with Lovitt TechnologiesSafe Work ProceduresMaintain a safe, clean, and tidy workshopTHE IDEAL CANDIDATECritical to this role is someone with the right attitude, keen to learn and develop their knowledge of Aerospace Industry, and a team player that can take ownership and accountability for their work.
