This position offers a high level of autonomy within a supportive and collaborative practice.Your responsibilities will include:Conducting comprehensive clinical assessmentsAdministering childhood and adult immunisationsPerforming iron infusionsAssisting with minor proceduresWound assessment and managementChronic disease management supportStock control and ordering of clinical suppliesMaintaining accurate clinical documentationSupporting the delivery of quality patient care across the practiceAbout YouYou are a compassionate, proactive, and patient-focused Registered Nurse who enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
You are confident in your clinical skills, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced general practice environment.To be successful in this role, you will have:Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseBachelor of NursingMinimum of one year of experience as a Practice Nurse in a General Practice settingDemonstrated experience with immunisations, wound care, and iron infusionsSound knowledge of the National Immunisation Program and vaccination schedulesProficiency with clinical software systems (experience with Best Practice Premier is highly regarded)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA positive, adaptable, and team-oriented approachCurrent Immunisation Certification in accordance with State/Territory requirements (highly desirable)Why Join Myhealth Balwyn?
