Labourers and experienced Tradespeople.Experience & QualificationsQualified Carpenter or Glazier preferred but not essential (experience with heritage buildings/windows is a bonus)Minimum 6 months construction experience required for applicants without formal qualificationsAbility to work well in a team and willingness to learnStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanshipApplicants must have valid Australian work rightsWhat a Typical Day Looks Like:Arrive on time for morning briefing & load-outRemove existing glass, prep rebates, and repair window framesSafely move and install new double-glazed units (glass handling)Work with ladders, scaffolding, or boom lifts as requiredWhite card certification is mandatory for this roleFollow our proven installation process for efficiency and safetyClean up and pack down at the end of the dayAbout UsAt Retrofit Double Glaze, we're passionate about making homes more comfortable and energy-efficient while helping combat climate change.
