Regional Group Australia are currently seeking experienced Full-Time Concrete Transport Allocator to join our dynamic, successful team based at Dandenong, VIC.This role focuses on coordinating the daily concrete delivery schedule, balancing customer service, cost efficiency, and logistics planning.ResponsibilitiesAllocating trucks for ensure smooth operations and maximise delivery efficiency for RGA and our customersTaking ordersCommitment to RGA Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviors.Provide feedback for continuous improvement in delivery operationsEnsure compliance with fatigue management and safety policiesEscalate and report on delivery issues or disruptionsMaintain strong communication with drivers and site teamsOversee and adjust schedules to meet customer demand and plant capacityWork closely with plant and fleet staff to optimise logisticsRespond to jobsite changes and adjust schedules accordinglyLiaise with external customers to ensure accurate and timely dispatchRequired skills and experienceConstruction White cardPrior experience in scheduling,
