You will play a key role in maintaining and supporting essential backup power systems that keep our clients operating safely and reliably.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct electrical testing, fault finding, and repairs on generator systems and associated equipmentDiagnose and troubleshoot generator control systems and control panelsMaintain and service ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches) and switchboardsTest battery systems, chargers, and associated electrical infrastructurePerform generator commissioning, operational testing, and performance verificationComplete compliance inspections and ensure all work is completed to regulatory requirementsPrepare detailed service reports and maintenance documentationAdhere to all safety procedures, including completion of TRAs, SWMS,
and LOTO requirementsParticipate in on‐call and emergency response activities as requiredAbout YouTo join our team, you will be a qualified Electrical Technician with a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service.
Additionally, you will have:Current A‐Grade Electrical LicenseExperience with generators, standby power systems, industrial electrical equipment, or similar environmentsStrong fault‐finding and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and problem‐solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentCurrent driver's licenseExperience completing detailed service reports and maintenance recordsExperience completing TRAs, LOTO procedures, and SWMS documentationHighly RegardedExperience with CAT, Cummins, Deutz, Kohler, FG Wilson, MWM, or similar generator systemsIndustrial maintenance or field service experienceAdditional licenses or tickets including HR License, Forklift License, or EWP TicketExperience with generator commissioning and critical power infrastructureAbout UsProgrammed Facility Management is a leading provider of asset management, facilities maintenance, and project management services across a multitude of industries.
