Working as a key member of the Customer Experience team and operating from the warehouse environment, this role ensures returned products are accurately assessed, processed and reconciled within business systems while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting a seamless customer experience.This is a fixed term contract until February ****.
The hours are 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday (may flex to accommodate school hours) and it is based at our Torquay warehouse.Responsibilities includeManage returns, exchanges and repair assessments, ensuring all cases are processed accurately and in line with Patagonia policies and service standardsCoordinate exchange fulfilment and inventory movements through Cin7 and external warehouse partnersMaintain accurate inventory records, including stock adjustments, transfers, quarantined stock and returned product dispositionInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, escalating risks and findings to support inventory accuracy and operational efficiencyPartner with Customer Service, Retail Stores and warehouse providers to deliver seamless returns, exchanges and inventory supportMonitor returns performance and identify improvement opportunities, providing insights on trends, processing efficiency and customer experience outcomesAbout youYou're a proactive and dependable team player who takes ownership, works with care and brings a solutions-focused approach to every task.
