Compliance Lead / Administration OfficerCompliance Lead / Administration OfficerFull-Time 8.30am to 5.00pm Mon-FriAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced administrator, who possesses a high level of attention to detail to join our team in a compliance focused role.
As Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our compliance and administrative functions that are at the core of our business.Whilst experience in a compliance role will be highly regarded, it is not essential as training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance policies and procedures are being adhered to in line with regulations and industry standards.Implement compliance activities, maintain compliance documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.Liaise with regulatory bodies and senior management on compliance matters.In addition to overseeing compliance activities, this role performs a variety of other daily tasks including data entry and customer service.Key RequirementsProven experience of at least 5 years in an administration role, preferably within a regulated environment such as aviation, legal, finance and accounting,



medical etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex matters.High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel essential) and experience using database/CRM systems.Ability to work independently with strong organisational and time management capabilities.Experience and/or qualifications in compliance management, audit preparation and regulatory practices is highly regarded but not essential.About UsAs one of Australia's leading providers of aviation services for over 20 years,we pride ourselves on our dedicated team, our strong industry relationships, and our commitment to deliver a streamlined process to our customers.We are a family run national business, with a friendly and supportive team of office professionals.
