This suits a skilled, reliable butcher who values craft, consistency, and teamwork within a high-quality operation.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESCarry out daily butchery production across retail and wholesale channelsBreak down primals and whole cuts with attention to yield and presentationPrepare retail-ready cuts, portions, and value-added productsAssist with wholesale orders and specifications for restaurant supplyMaintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace cleanlinessSupport stock rotation, basic stock control,
