Immediate start availableStable, family-owned business with an outstanding reputationSupportive team culture and experienced leadershipBe part of a company celebrating 50 years of successAbout the Role:You will play a vital role in supporting our Fleet Sales Department by ensuring seamless administration processes and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Processing new vehicle orders and customer documentationPreparing registration paperwork and ensuring compliance requirements are metManaging vehicle invoicing with accuracy and attention to detailCoordinating vehicle delivery schedules with customersPreparing delivery documentation, logbooks and keysAssisting with vehicle inspections and delivery preparationSupporting the Fleet Sales team with administration and data entryAssisting with vehicle handovers both onsite and offsiteWhat We Are Looking For:Previous automotive administration experienceExceptionalorganisationaland multitasking skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service skillsExcellent computer skillsCurrent Queensland C Class Driver LicenceRevolution Software experience highly desirableBe Part of Something Special.
