manage cash handling, and complete end-of-shift reconciliationsWork closely with management and FOH supervisors to ensure smooth serviceEnsure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing requirementsLead by example with professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitudeSkills & Requirements:Previous experience in a bar supervisory or senior bartender roleStrong leadership and communication skillsCurrent RSA (RCG preferred if applicable)Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidaysCalm under pressure in a fast-paced pub environmentStrong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
