Company vehicle, Laptop & mobile phone providedBased in RavenhallFull time permanent position (Monday - Friday)About the roleAs a Turf Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing a variety of turf surfaces, ensuring they remain healthy, resilient, and presented to the highest standard.Reporting to the Site Manager, this hands‐on position involves all aspects of turf management across a diverse range of sites, including sports fields, local government reserves, and elite AFL venues.If you're passionate about turf management, take pride in delivering quality results, and have a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities include:Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, aerating, and topdressing to uphold the quality and playability of turf surfaces.Monitor turf health and proactively address issues such as pests, diseases, and compaction through appropriate cultural and chemical practices.Implement sustainable turf management practices, including water conservation strategies, and pest management techniques.Operate and maintain specialised turf equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.Collaborate with the landscaping team to coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritise tasks,
