You will have a robust understanding of servicing outboard and sterndrive engines, boat accessory fitting, marine electronics, as well as problem diagnostics and offering solutions.Requirements and SkillsKnowledge and experience in the Marine Industry as a Mechanic or Boat FitterExperience in servicing and/or fitting enginesUnderstanding of vessel accessory fitting and auto / marine -electricalExcellent time management skills and punctualStrong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipStrong ability to diagnose problems and offer solutionsWell organised and able to handle multiple tasksAbility to work unsupervised while also being able to effectively take directionAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentUp to date knowledge with Mercury and Kawasaki Master Tech Training (Training Supplied)Key Responsibilities and DutiesService marine engines and boat systemsFit-out outboard engines, marine electronics, and boat accessoriesProblem solving and water testing vesselsWork alongside other team members and other departmentsBe careful - Don't give your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
